Who is Chef Thomas?

Chef Thomas Drury of Malibu , CA. Born , raised and lives in Southern California. Thomas has a hunger for cooking in the right way. Chef believes in regenerative / organic agriculture, who goes the extra mile to farmers sourcing the best product there is. His mission is to change the way we eat by adding more conscious approach to cooking , confident that his cuisine is medicine. Chef Thomas learned techniques from restaurant kitchens and really thrives creatively cooking from his intuition. Chef Thomas was working at Saddle Peak Lodge in the hills of Malibu , until one day he came upon a private farm on the coast of Malibu where he started a private dinner club providing various divine dinning experiences where he discovered his purpose in cooking, bringing the gift of sacred life to your table . Now Chef Thomas is running pop-ups, private dinner parties, epic experiences and multiple services , bringing you Chef Thomas Organics. The mission is to bring
